Pricing That Grows With You

Every organization starts on Tier 1. As your roster grows past a tier's included profiles, you're billed that tier's per-profile rate for each additional athlete — no need to upgrade manually.

The moment those per-profile charges would cost as much as the next tier's flat price, your whole subscription automatically switches to that tier instead — you're never paying more than the next tier up would cost:

• Tier 1 → Tier 2: adding a 17th profile would cost $255 in overage on Tier 1, so it switches to Tier 2's flat $250 instead.
• Tier 2 → Tier 3: adding a 36th profile would cost $450 in overage on Tier 2 — exactly Tier 3's flat price — so it switches to Tier 3.
• Tier 3 → Tier 4: adding a 53rd profile would cost $530 in overage on Tier 3, so it switches to Tier 4's flat $525 instead.

If your roster later shrinks back down, the same thing happens in reverse — your plan drops back to the lower tier at the start of your next billing cycle, so a temporary dip never gets you penalized mid-cycle.
