Coach Bio

I am a baseball coach and player development leader with extensive experience in national championship competition, international baseball, and preparing student-athletes for collegiate and professional careers. As an administrator and head coach with Central Florida Wolverines / FTB Florida Travel Ball, I have developed more than 80 college baseball players and 40 professional baseball players. My coaching accomplishments include seven USSSA and AAU National Championships between 2005 and 2018, coaching experience in the 2006 World Baseball Classic, and a gold medal at the 2007 Pan American Games. Through my coaching, scouting, and recruiting experience, I help student-athletes and their families navigate the college recruiting process, develop athletic profiles, communicate effectively with college coaches, and identify opportunities aligned with their academic and athletic goals. My coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamentals, discipline, preparation, leadership, and accountability. I am committed to developing well-rounded athletes, building character, and helping players maximize their potential both on and off the field while preparing for long-term success beyond baseball.
